Service Technician — The Blue Tyre Hub (Maharagama)

Join the team at The Blue Tyre Hub as a Service Technician (Maharagama / Nugegoda). Hands-on workshop role — fitting tyres, computerised wheel alignment, balancing and battery service. Full training on partner-brand specs.

Responsibilities

  • Fit, balance and rotate tyres on passenger, light commercial and heavy vehicles.
  • Operate computerised wheel alignment and balancing equipment to specified accuracy.
  • Test, install and replace automotive and commercial batteries.
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness and tool inventory; complete job cards accurately.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a tyre shop, garage or vehicle service centre.
  • Valid light-vehicle driving licence; physically fit for full days on the floor.
  • Conversational Sinhala and basic English; basic numeracy for job cards.

Sales Executive — Network Sales (Western Province)

The Network Sales team is hiring a Sales Executive to grow our FMCG and institutional sales footprint across the Western Province. Field role, route-based, representing Unilever, Lipton, Maliban, CEAT, Damro and Piyestra.

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned trade and institutional accounts on a weekly route plan; secure orders.
  • Hit monthly volume and revenue targets across the assigned product lines.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, order pipelines and call reports.
  • Identify and onboard new account opportunities with the manager.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ field-sales experience, ideally in FMCG, automotive or institutional supply.
  • Valid driving licence; willing to spend most of the day on the road.
  • Good Sinhala communication; functional English for reporting and proposals.
  • Comfortable with smartphones / basic sales apps; able to read a simple P&L.

Vehicle Detailing Specialist — Pro Auto Care (Godigamuwa)

Pro Auto Care is hiring a Vehicle Detailing Specialist at our Godigamuwa facility. Craft role — paint correction, ceramic coating, interior shampooing, leather treatment. For someone who enjoys bringing a vehicle back to its best.

Responsibilities

  • Full exterior and interior detailing across a wide range of vehicles, including prestige cars.
  • Paint correction, polishing, ceramic coating and headlight restoration to a consistent standard.
  • Inspect and quality-check every vehicle before handover.
  • Train and mentor junior detailers; help maintain equipment and product inventory.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ hands-on detailing experience with a portfolio of recent work.
  • Working knowledge of polishers, machine pads, compounds and ceramic coating products.
  • Eye for finish, methodical approach, able to spot defects others miss.
  • Reliable, punctual, comfortable working with high-value customer vehicles.
